1. No subscription to cancel
EQK Premium is billed once, for a single unlock covering up to two Macs — there is no recurring charge, trial-to-paid conversion, or membership to cancel. Closing the Razorpay checkout window before completing payment charges you nothing, and the page confirms this immediately ("Checkout closed. Nothing was charged.").
2. Refund window
If you change your mind, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the license key has not been activated on any Mac. Activation is checked against our licensing records, not just what you report, so an unused key is refunded without further questions.
3. What isn't covered
Once a key has been activated on a Mac, the purchase is treated as delivered and used, and is not eligible for a refund outside of a genuine technical defect (see below). This mirrors how most digital software licenses are sold: the unlock is instant and the 7-day window exists specifically to cover a change of mind before you've started using it.
If EQK has a defect that prevents premium features from working and it can't be resolved through support (a corrected build, a fresh activation, etc.), we'll refund the purchase regardless of the 7-day window or activation status.
4. Duplicate charges and failed payments
If Razorpay charged you more than once for the same purchase, or a payment shows as successful on your bank statement but you never received a license key by email, contact support with the payment ID from your bank/Razorpay confirmation — these are refunded in full and don't count against the 7-day window, since they aren't a change of mind.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@kuja.dev with the email address you paid with and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment ID from your confirmation email or bank statement. If you already have your license key, include it — this speeds up verifying whether it's been activated.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Razorpay, which typically settles within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. The license key is revoked once a refund is approved and stops working on any Mac it was activated on.
