Paid customers can leave an honest, verified review.
A review is marked verified only after I match it to a paid service. Your name, service and review status appear publicly only when you separately choose a public customer record.

Public customer records
A customer can be listed with or without a review.
“No review submitted” is neutral. It does not mean satisfied, dissatisfied, or asked to stay quiet.
Published reviews
The customer writes the review. Payment only verifies the engagement.
No verified service reviews yet.
When reviews arrive, critical and positive reviews follow the same publication rules. kuja.dev may respond, but will not rewrite the customer's words.
Private by default
Nothing identifiable is published unless you choose it.
A private engagement contributes only to totals. A customer may still provide a verified review without publishing their real name.
No purchased praise
A payment verifies the relationship, not the opinion.
There is no reward for a positive review. Choosing not to review does not affect support, refunds, future work, or publication in aggregate statistics.
