1. Scope
This policy applies to kuja.dev, BenchK and DropK. EQK has a separate EQK Privacy Policy because its audio, licence and analytics behavior is different.
2. DropK content on your Mac
DropK handles text, links, files, images, folders and mixed clipboard items that you copy or drop into the app. It uses them to show the current shelf, support drag and drop and reopen saved layouts. Local app state, references, thumbnails and preferences stay on your Mac unless you turn on an iCloud feature.
DropK does not require a kuja.dev account. Apple processes App Store purchases and any App Store diagnostics under Apple’s terms.
BenchK stores its reaction-test sessions and history locally on your Mac. It has no kuja.dev account, ads or online leaderboard. Apple may process App Store downloads, updates and diagnostics under Apple’s terms.
3. DropK Pro and iCloud
When a Pro customer turns on sync, saved layouts use the customer’s private CloudKit database. Apple operates that storage. kuja.dev does not run a server that stores or reads those synced layouts. Files are not uploaded for an iPhone companion unless the customer explicitly chooses to upload them.
4. The website and its providers
Vercel hosts kuja.dev and provides Web Analytics and Speed Insights. These services may process page views, referrers, device and browser context, IP-derived region and performance measurements.
Google Ads and the Meta Pixel help measure advertising. They may receive page views, cookies or similar identifiers, IP address, browser details and campaign information. You can limit these through browser controls and the advertising settings provided by Google and Meta.
Razorpay processes direct EQK payments. Resend delivers licence, recovery and service emails. Vercel KV or compatible Redis storage keeps checkout, licence, rate-limit, community and product-analytics records. These providers process the information needed to perform those jobs.
5. Direct EQK purchases and emails
For a direct EQK purchase, kuja.dev receives the purchase email, Razorpay order and payment references, licence record, activation records and limited security information needed for fulfilment, key recovery, refunds and fraud prevention. Payment card or bank details are handled by Razorpay, not stored by kuja.dev.
Service and product emails may include licence delivery, recovery, receipts, support and replies to a request you sent.
6. Community posts and files
The EQK community can be used without an account or email. The nickname, display icon, post, optional gear details and optional profile file are public. Do not post personal or confidential information.
kuja.dev uses IP-based rate limiting to control abuse. Community files are public and unverified. Contact support for moderation or removal.
7. Service requests and calls
The service form builds a message and opens it in your email app. The website does not store the unsent draft. If you send it, the email providers process your name, email, problem, preferred date, selected service and the choices included in the message.
Requests are used to check fit and conflicts, communicate, agree on work, prevent abuse and keep necessary engagement records. Submission content and delivered solutions are not pasted into or processed through a generative-AI system. Calls are not recorded unless everyone clearly agrees first.
8. Reviews and public customer records
Private is the default. Payment does not authorise publication. A paid customer may separately approve a public customer record and preview the chosen name, service, completion month and review status before it appears. The request, email, payment details and call stay private.
Publication consent can be withdrawn by contacting support. The named entry will be removed or de-identified. Non-identifying totals may remain.
9. Retention
- Rate-limit keys expire after their configured short window.
- Checkout reservations expire after 48 hours.
- Purchase and licence records remain while needed for fulfilment, recovery, refunds, fraud prevention and legal or accounting duties.
- Community posts and files remain until removed.
- Service records remain only while needed for the engagement, disputes or legal obligations.
10. Your choices and contact
You can clear DropK content and saved layouts in the app and manage DropK’s iCloud data through your Apple account and devices. For access, correction, deletion, review withdrawal, moderation or other privacy questions, email support@kuja.dev. Some records may need to remain for payment, security, disputes or law.
11. Changes
This policy may change when the products, website or providers change. The effective date will be updated.
