EQK direct licence terms
These terms apply to EQK purchased directly from kuja.dev through Razorpay. The Mac App Store release uses Apple’s billing and licence terms.
1. Permission to use EQK
After full payment, kuja.dev grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime licence to install and use the direct EQK build on up to two Macs the purchaser controls. The licence is not a sale of the software or its source code.
2. Ownership
EQK, its design, code and branding remain owned by kuja.dev or their respective licensors. These terms grant only the permission stated above.
3. Moving, deactivation and recovery
A Mac can be deactivated before the licence is moved. A lost key can be resent to the purchase email through the recovery form on this page. Contact support if a lost, replaced or unavailable Mac prevents normal movement.
4. Updates and compatibility
The direct build can check kuja.dev for updates. A lifetime licence is not a promise that every future feature, major release or operating system will be supported forever. Current compatibility is stated on the EQK product page.
5. Refunds and revocation
Direct refunds follow the Refund Policy. When a refund is approved, the refunded key may be revoked and any activation under it may stop working.
6. Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms limits a consumer guarantee, refund right or other remedy that applicable law does not permit kuja.dev to exclude or limit.
